Orders are delivered within 3 to 14 business days. The delivery times are estimated by delivery to big cities, so it might take more time for the package to reach smaller cities. Please keep in mind that delivery time may extend to the maximum duration during sales and promotional campaigns.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE A REFUND FOR A RETURNED PRODUCT?
Refunds for products returned to the HUPPA online store will be processed as quickly as possible, but no later than 14 days after we have received your product.
HOW DO I CHOOSE THE RIGHT SIZE?
For women and men we recommend using our size chart and comparing your body measurements with the measurements provided. For the best fit, measure your chest, waist and hips.
Our children’s sizes are primarily based on height. We recommend choosing the size closest to your child’s current height. Huppa outerwear is designed with room for movement and growth, so there is no need to buy a significantly larger size.
HOW TO CHOOSE A SUITABLE HAT FOR A CHILD?
When selecting a hat for a child, always base your choice on the child’s head circumference rather than the size of a current hat or the child’s age, as sizes may vary depending on the model.
