If you are unhappy with an item you bought, you can send it back within 14 days for a complete refund of the purchase amount, excluding any potential shipping, handling, or other fees. You have the right to return your order within 14 calendar days of receiving it.
All items must remain unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging, including all accessories and packaged components.

To make a return as easy as possible please follow these instructions:
- Fill in the Return Form which you can find below.
- Prepare your package: carefully place the item(s) in the original packaging to avoid damage during shipping.
- Ensure all original tags and labels are attached.
- Include an invoice or paper with your order number in the package.
- Stick the included return label on the package.
- Return the package through the same company parcel machine from which you received the order.
- You won’t need to pay anything upfront when returning your package. However, in countries where return shipping costs apply, the corresponding amount will be deducted from your refund.
The initial freight cost will not be reimbursed.
Exchange
Unfortunately, we don’t offer exchanges. If you wish to order another model or size, please return the purchased item and order the new item online yourself. We will refund your money for the first purchase as soon as we receive the item.
Claims
We are truly sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with the product you received, and we want to express our apologies. We continuously strive to maintain high-quality standards for our products, but unfortunately, problems can occasionally occur.
If the item you received from our online shop is defective, does not match your order, or if your delivery is incomplete or was damaged during transport, please reach out to our customer service team. It’s important to note that we do not provide compensation for normal wear and tear or for defects caused by improper handling or lack of care.
As a customer, you have the right to notify our online store about any defects within two months of discovering them by emailing support@huppa.eu.
If the goods purchased have defects for which our online store is accountable, we will either repair or replace the faulty items. If neither repair nor replacement is feasible, we will refund all costs related to the sales contract to you.
Our online store commits to addressing your complaint within 14 days.
