WHAT WAS THE INSPIRATION BEHIND THE DESTINATION PRINT?
The inspiration behind the Destination print was nature and the patterns found within it. At the time of creating the design, Estookin was deeply inspired by Japanese landscapes and spent a lot of time observing motifs in the environment — the shapes of trees, the movement of water, and the feeling of snow-covered scenery. Those observations and imagined landscapes eventually evolved into abstract visual interpretations that became the print.
